My God What Did We Do?

It’s been a long time since I read an article about the Israel / Palestine conflict that touched me in such a personal way. This review of a film by Tamar Yarom deeply resonated with me. By now I feel less pain from my own personal guilt regarding my actions serving in the army, so I can read this with a bit more detachment. I am sure that many people reading these stories will harshly judge the soldiers involved. I can only ask, are you really so sure that you would behave differently?
